Logistics and Order Fulfillment CoordinatorXtract One Technologies is seeking a Logistics and Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team in Operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role is responsible for managing customer order logistics and tracking, including customer demos and other marketing events support. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is aligned with our core values and will excel at the following responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesActs as the primary liaison between Xtract One and 3PL partners, customers & customs brokersEnsure product shipments are delivered safely and on scheduleCreate commercial documentation for both import and export shipments with multiple modes of transport and may include creation of shipping labelsTrack location and condition of all Sales Demo kit assets, managing all venue forward and reverse logisticsMaintain shipment logs and records of incoming & outgoing shipmentsWork effectively with other supply chain team members to accurately track, receive & support inventory recordsTactful communication with customers to coordinate all relevant shipping details on both ends. Manage related packaging requirements or ‘white glove’ logistics service needsCollaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, Sales, Engineering, Marketing,
