Department: Midwifery Program Administration | Department of Family Practice | Faculty of Medicine Compensation Range: $40.16 - $40.16 CAD Hourly Posting End Date: September 3, 2026 Note: Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM on the Posting End Date. Job End Date: December 31, 2026 Course: MIDW 106 Qualifications: Background in anatomy and physiology, previous TA experience in MEDD 411 preferred Estimated hours of work: 5-10 hours/week Start and end date: September 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Job Description

Organization and updating of the Canvas course site, including the pre-readings, relevant links and websites Assisting with in-class activities during lectures Teaching in virtual and in person labs Grading of quizzes and lab challenged Assisting with students questions about assignments Regular drop in sessions for students who need additional support Other tasks as relevant The University of British Columbia is a global centre for research and teaching, consistently ranked among the top 20 public universities globally.
