Apply to join a growing company providing food distribution in Northern Ontario. Reliable Dairy / 705 Foods is seeking a motivated and reliable Inside Sales worker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, qualified relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Manage incoming calls and effectively resolve customer questions, concerns, and service issues.
- Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of milk products and operational supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Generate and process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and prepare bank deposits.
- Review and prepare customer orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment.
- Oversee daily order-picking activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
- Plan and schedule delivery routes for a fleet of three drivers, optimizing service levels and delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records using the Odoo ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and stock availability.
- Track and manage refrigeration and freezer equipment inventory,



maintenance schedules, and operational status.
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs, coordinate account activities, and drive business growth.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, with experience in invoicing, payment tracking, and general accounting functions.
- Experience with Odoo ERP/Inventory Management Software is considered a strong asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, suppliers, and team members.
- Highly dependable, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience working in a distribution, wholesale, food service, or dairy-related workplace is an asset.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle to make bank deposits at the end of each shift.
