Key Responsibilities:



• Act as the communication point between AGI Ramp Operations and airline OCC • Manage flight activity and allocate resources dynamically • Develop recovery plans for Irregular Operations and delays • Monitor operational performance and conduct root-cause analysis • Promote and ensure safety compliance within the team

Requirements: • 1-2 years in aviation ground handling or cargo operations • Solid computer and math skills; flight tracking experience preferred • Exceptional communication under stress • High School Diploma or GED; valid Driver’s License required • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in all weather
