Family Enrichment Worker (CF) - Collaborative Service DeliveryEdmonton, AB, CanadaJob DescriptionCatholic Social Services is currently seeking two contract full- time, 40-hour per week Family Enrichment Workers in Edmonton to join our Collaborative Service Delivery team. Providing excellent client-centered care, you are confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in your community!This position has a weekly schedule of 2 Family Enrichment Workers – contract full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required based on the needs of the family. Contract end date: December 31, 2026. Job application closing date: April 13, 2026.Program OverviewThe Cooperative Service Delivery Program provides high-quality supports to children and families directly involved with Children and Family Services. This position requires workers to teach parenting and communication skills, support access to community resources, coordinate other services, and support and transport children to family visitations.Job SummaryThis position requires workers to engage families through early intervention and family-driven practice. A key component is supporting children and families to connect with resources and organizing service delivery with stakeholders. You will determine family needs through assessments and create service plans in collaboration with families. When leading innovative service delivery, your strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills will be an asset. Through motivation, compassion, and organization, you will support families through empowerment.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with regional staff to meet needs under the casework practice model.Complete ongoing case planning, monthly review, and evaluate the appropriateness and level of service.Organize service delivery with families, stakeholders,
and internal ministries.Support parents/caregivers to overcome barriers to achieving identified goals.Deliver services from a strength-based family systems approach.Maintain a current and comprehensive awareness of applicable community resources to meet client's specific needs and advocate for clients when appropriate.Provide resources and model communication, boundaries, behavior management, child development, effective problem solving or other relevant information related to outlined client goals.Ensure long-term, informal supports are in place to ensure family's success.What This Job RequiresA diploma or degree in Human Services (or equivalent).Minimum three (3) years of related experience, including knowledge of community resources and family intervention.Experience with children and youth experiencing mental health issues, and/or addictions.This position requires a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of families, including daytime, evening, and weekend work.
