As an HVAC Technician, you will report to the Manager of Projects and Contracts, performing installation, inspection, and repair of systems across the university. Your strong technical skills in HVAC and mechanical systems are key, as you engage in preventative maintenance and ensure effective operations that align with sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain HVAC systems in university buildings
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections regularly




• Provide expertise on building systems and equipment
• Be available for on-call emergency support

Requirements:
• HVAC Technician Diploma or Certificate required
• Minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience
• 313A or 313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License
• G1 or G2 Gas Technician License (TSSA-certified)
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
