Customer Success- Deployment Coordinator
Location: Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Winnipeg, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba
Team: Asset Management

We are seeking a Deployment Coordinator to join our Customer Success Team . This role supports customers and internal teams by coordinating technology equipment and software deployments while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Deployment Coordinator serves as a key liaison between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate technology equipment and software deployment schedules.

Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project delivery.

Track deployment activities and assist with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Follow WBM processes and use tools and systems to manage work effectively.

Support the Customer Success team with day-to-day coordination activities.

Contribute to a positive customer and team experience through responsive communication and problem-solving.

What You’ll Bring

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience or interest in project coordination, service coordination, scheduling, or customer support.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.





A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Ability to build positive relationships with customers and teammates.

Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
