Enviros has a long-standing commitment to supporting youth through individualized programs. As a Youth Support Practitioner, you will directly assist young individuals facing challenges while promoting their self-worth and relationship-building. This position is also responsible for administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the overall success of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster therapeutic relationships to support youth effectively
• Implement trauma-informed care practices in daily routines
• Assist youth with sleep hygiene and self-care routines
• Collaborate with teams to develop individualized plans
• Maintain safety standards and provide crisis management
Requirements:
• Human Services diploma/undergraduate degree required
• Knowledge of cultural awareness and strength-based practice
• Experience in group care settings desired
• CPR and First Aid certification needed
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
