Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and run diverse recreational activities
• Develop spaces to encourage resident participation
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families




• Observe and record changes in participation
• Assist departments to improve resident engagement

Requirements:
• Experience in long-term care with seniors preferred
• Graduate or enrolled in recreation-related diploma or degree
• Relevant health care degree with experience accepted
• Understanding of wellness programming methodologies
• Strong documentation and planning skills
