We're seeking dedicated and organized individuals to assist in classroom management and provide personalized academic support. This full-time role operates from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, beginning September 1, 2026. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with educators for student growth
• Provide 1-on-1 support and reinforce learning
• Maintain a well-organized and peaceful classroom
• Supervise students during lunch and recess periods
• Encourage positive behavior and peer relationships

Requirements:
• Experience with upper elementary or middle school students
• Solid verbal and written communication abilities
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Openness to learn Montessori teaching strategies
• Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid certification
