You have a knack for building strong and trusting client relationships, leading projects across Alberta. You are highly organized, have a keen eye for detail and will lead complex projects from start to finish – on time, on budget and up to client expectations. Your ability to oversee multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle will be key in driving these projects to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring explicit, effective communication.By collaborating with local community leaders, you'll help deliver world-class facilities that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada, providing access to essential services like housing, education,

Be part of the story that shapes the future and builds better places for people to live, meet, and connect.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectivesLead programs or work and large capital projects, varying in size and scope.Manage all stakeholders including both clients and consultantsEnsure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented with respect to contractual and technical issuesSelect and organize project teams and establish levels of authority and lines of communicationLead the control of project related documents and deliver all work in accordance and compliance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System and proceduresChair project and site meetings, find resolution to issues and coordinate between multiple stakeholdersMaintain contact with existing and prospective clients and respond to business development and sales opportunities with support from the Business Development Team, Principal or Regional Vice PresidentReport on project status by means of schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial records and other reportsProvide oversight and leadership to the change management process,
