Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Restoration Operations Manager in the restoration industry in Waterloo, Ontario. We are partnering with a growing organization in the restoration services industry that is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support business growth across the GTA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-backed startup with an established client base and play a key role in building processes, leading teams, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure emergency restoration projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
- Lead, coach, and support field teams while promoting a solid culture of accountability and customer service.




- Implement and improve operational processes, procedures, and best practices to support business growth.
- Monitor job performance, documentation, and key operational metrics to ensure quality and profitability.
- Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and ongoing team development.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of Operations Management, General Management, or Senior Project Management experience within restoration
- Experience managing complex property loss projects
- Knowledge of restoration industry software (Xactimate/Xactware, Encircle, Docusketch, PSA, Dash, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
