Manager of Clinical Practice (Nurse)The Manager of Clinical Practice (MCP) promotes full‑scope clinical practice, ensures compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and leads quality improvement initiatives. This role provides clinical oversight, staff leadership, and mentorship across professional and paraprofessional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead clinical quality audits and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure holistic client assessments and client‑centered care plansVisit clients as needed; manage service deliveryand client/HCP matchingInvestigate and resolve client, family, funder, and employee concernsRecruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate field staffLead training, mentorship, and performance management activitiesCoordinate with funders, care teams, and government programsSupport branch operations, including on‑call clinician access as requiredEnsure privacy, health & safety, and regulatory complianceEducation & RegistrationGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing preferred)Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory bodyCPR certification and negative TB statusSpecialty nursing certifications (e.G., CNA, LEAP, deSouza)
