About The RoleCaptivateIQ is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead design for our Product Platform - the shared capabilities that products across CaptivateIQ build on.You’ll lead a team responsible for making these capabilities feel like one coherent, trustworthy system rather than a collection of tools. Because platform decisions often affect multiple products and teams, this role requires strong systems thinking, design judgment, and the ability to drive decisions across organizational boundaries.This is a player-coach role. The base salary range for this role is $180,000- $260,000. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada will be provided in Canadian dollars and may differ from the ranges listed above due to currency conversion.
