mentor and train other team members as neededEnsure a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and conducting regular inspections.Use the SAP system to record all production information and help achieve production goals.Assist other supervisors in ensuring that key performance indicators are achieved daily.Follow and apply all good manufacturing practices and safety procedures.Other responsibilities may be added to better meet business needs.Requirements and profile :University or college degree in a related fieldProven leadership ability; ability to interact easily with others and lead and motivate a team to meet established deadline requirementsAccuracy and attention to detail, and ability to detect the presence of a quality problemExcellent relational, organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently with little supervision or distractionFlexibility to work days, afternoons, nights and weekends as neededWorking knowledge of positive manufacturing practices, risk analysis and critical control points and the Health and Safety at Work Act, an assetWhat's the recipe for a great career at Wonderbrands?Wonderbrands is a leading Canadian bakery with 140 years of experience baking packaged breads.
