Your role will involve gathering maintenance requirements from field inspections, scheduling work with contractors, and negotiating processes to optimize vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct field inspections to gather maintenance requirements • Schedule and communicate site-specific needs with contractors • Negotiate vendor processes ensuring competitive pricing • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs • Perform life cycle analyses for repair planning

Requirements: • Background in design or architecture • Experience in budget management and quote assessment • Knowledge of architectural finishes and local regulations • Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD • Flexibility to travel within Canada
