social security and international tax treaties through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations and high-quality deliverablesAccountable for engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (i.E. budgets, WIPS, timely billing, collection and variance recognition)Maintain high quality control by reviewing client deliverables and other work done by team members for accuracy and completenessNetwork in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needsContribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesMentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviewsMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills And ExperienceCPA designationCompletion of, or working towards, a master's degree in U.S. taxation or law is considered an asset7 to 8 years of relevant public accounting or tax consulting experience
