Associa’s Victoria office is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support licensed Strata Managers. This temporary position covers a leave of absence until April 2028, with potential for extension, and is based in the Victoria office.

You will provide clerical support, prepare documents for realtors and lawyers, respond to calls and emails, and assist with general mail-outs. Solid organization and MS Office skills are essential in a busy office environment.
