Reporting to Manager, Business Systems Analyst, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for providing business analysis services within an Agile framework. They work closely with the product owner, development team, and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business.ResponsibilitiesBuild, edit, and maintain the team backlog and boardHelp Product Owner prioritize backlog items on the basis of user value, time, and other team dependenciesHelp Product Owner manage the backlog to keep it up to date and ready for future iterationParticipate in requirement gathering and create user stories with the guidance from Product OwnerParticipate in test case review and proof of testingUnderstand the scope of the upcoming Epics and User StoriesParticipate in the regression testing processProvide support during the design, implementation and testingHelp identify functional and non-functional requirements working with different stakeholdersWork as a liaison between Product Owner and development teamLead end-to-end requirements discovery, analysis, and delivery for loyalty program capabilities across loyalty and banking channels and platformsTranslate objectives into epics/user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteriaClarify business definitions, data ownership, and usage rules for each data elementEstablish and govern BSA documentation standards, templates,
