Clutch is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to manage day-to-day administration of wholesale, dealer, and export transactions. This is a 100% in office role at our Mississauga facility, coordinating with internal teams, dealer partners, and auction platforms to ensure clean documentation and smooth pickups.
You will own titles and ownership flows with eBlock/Openlane, manage bills of sale, verify payments, maintain the margin tracker, and run lane audits.
