Shape young minds with a part-time role as an Early Childhood Educator at Camosun College. Engage with children through care and educational activities in a nurturing setting from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This term position focuses on delivering quality early learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Collaborating with the Child Care team, you will ensure adherence to policies, the BC Early Learning Framework, and licensing regulations. Build meaningful relationships with children and maintain a safe, healthy workplace while working part-time, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nurturing care and learning play experiences
• Create a responsive environment for meaningful learning




• Implement developmentally appropriate behavior guidance
• Plan and evaluate inclusive age-appropriate activities
• Maintain health and safety standards in facilities

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Valid BC Early Childhood Educator License
• One year experience in licensed child care
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Clear BC Criminal Record Check
