WHAT ARE SOME OF THE COOL PROJECTS DESIGNED AND BUILT Hoists for the world’s second heaviest on-shore lifter at 13,000 tons
High speed winches and control system for a 2,000-foot artificial surfing pool
Gate hoists on the largest infrastructure project in Canada
Mechanical stage device for Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas
Shaft sinking winches with 110,000 lbs line pull for mining projects in Australia

Hoists for aqueduct construction which supplies 50% of drinking water to New York City
WHAT YOU WILL DO Perform all types of industrial painting work and prepares various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, taping or other means as necessary
Use priority list and determine paint and procedures required
Mix, match and blend various paints and special protective coatings to achieve desired colour, consistency, and drying properties
Paint equipment using brush, spray gun and conventional and airless spray systems
Erect and use ladders as required
Check and document humidity, dew point and mil thickness
Meet production standard hours
Application of primer and paint
Clean and store tools and equipment, keep work site clean
WHO YOU ARE Previous experience with industrial painting of equipment in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to interpret blueprints
Intellectually curious, passionate about learning and being the best
Sense of urgency, highly responsive and oriented towards action
Can-do attitude, and respond in all situations with a positive and energized attitude
Willing and able to work rotating shifts and overtime
