Systematix is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Specialist in Concord, Ontario to provide expert deskside support in a hybrid Windows and Apple environment. Use your extensive troubleshooting skills to address end-user technology issues effectively.

In this hands-on role, you will leverage 3-5+ years of direct Level 2 support experience to diagnose and resolve desktop and application problems. Your expertise will ensure efficient installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware, while collaborating with IT teams to uphold operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and operating system issues
• Install and configure both Windows PCs and Apple Macs
• Handle imaging and deployment of new devices




• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Word
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset records

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Solid desktop and peripheral troubleshooting skills
• Excellent knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
• Capable of independently managing multiple tasks
