Become a key player at Wellington-Altus Financial as a Transition Associate. This position in Toronto or Saskatoon focuses on supporting the onboarding of recent Advisor Teams through meticulous documentation and process management.

Reporting to the Transition Manager, you will help manage transitions by preparing necessary documentation and quality control. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all account setups are accurate and compliant. You will communicate across departments and assist incoming teams with onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare account documentation and ensure quality control
• Manage workflow and documentation finalization
• Track and communicate necessary corrections




• Report on transition metrics and maintain data accuracy
• Handle transfers and monitor for issues

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role or as Junior Transition Associate
• Experience in financial services or regulated settings is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
