• Monitor health conditions and report changes to LPN

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Health Care Aide
• Experience in similar role preferred
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Explicit Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
