Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care following established guidelines and physician's orders
• Ensure the secure handling of medications per protocol
• Cultivate an environment promoting resident dignity and independence




• Communicate changes in resident conditions to Registered Nurse
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective resident care

Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing required
• Licensed Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses BC
• Completion of RAI MDS certification annually
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR
• Successful Criminal Records Check for BC or Vulnerable Sector Check for Ontario
