IEM seeks a dedicated Shipper for the Night Shift to pull and package products efficiently. Experience with forklifts and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

In this Night Shift role at IEM, reporting to the Shipping Manager, your main responsibility will be managing product preparation to minimize backlog issues. You’ll need to demonstrate solid attention to detail and maintain high safety standards as you work independently and as part of a small team. This role involves physical demands, including lifting and operating electric pallet jacks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pull released products from the production floor
• Package units according to IEM standards
• Prepare finished units for loading by morning crew
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Follow company safety and quality procedures

Requirements:
• Class 1 and Class 4 forklift experience
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Previous shipping experience preferred
• Reliable transportation for night shifts
• Flexible to work 4 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday to Friday
