Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Team Leader for on-hill patrol coverage in Ontario. You will supervise and mentor patrollers, ensure safety protocols, and uphold guest experience standards in a agile, outdoor environment.
Responsibilities include incident documentation, trail condition checks, and staff training. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid G license, and have First Responder certification with patrolling experience.
