AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents in our age-friendly communities. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor residents, document care activities, and participate in in-service education.
The role includes supporting onboarding of recent staff and ensuring adherence to IPAC policies to maintain a safe environment. Candidates should hold a PSW certificate, meet Ontario vocational standards, and be familiar with geriatric care
