Skyline is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in North Bay. Your proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems will play a crucial role in our property management.

In this full time position, you will complete necessary maintenance tasks for apartment buildings, ensuring a high level of tenant service. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in HVAC and related fields, alongside relevant post-secondary education. Strong communication skills will aid in providing exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance work, including electrical and plumbing tasks
• Ensure cleanliness in common areas and functionality of safety equipment
• Complete monthly inspections and timely repair tasks




• Maintain storage and boiler rooms in proper condition
• Safely operate ladders and tools as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in maintenance or HVAC
• Relevant educational background required
• Valid driver’s license and insurance preferred
• Proficient in computer applications, including Word and Excel
• Capable of handling physical demands of the job
