Key Responsibilities:
• Manage mail, deliveries, and office access control
• Support Director with market expansion initiatives
• Conduct research for issuer outreach and strategic planning




• Prepare materials for client meetings and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events

Requirements:
• 1–3 years in financial services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Economics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in capital markets and securities
• Salesforce experience is an asset
