Key Responsibilities:
• Assist citizens in navigating multi-jurisdictional services
• Develop an inventory of provincial support services
• Build relationships with community service providers




• Support citizens returning to their community from services
• Document citizen interactions promptly and professionally

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in human services or equivalent
• Experience in navigating public systems
• Background in community or public services
• Understanding of intergenerational trauma
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable transportation
