We are hiring a People Operations Coordinator to own tier 1 HR processes, manage the HR Service Desk, and leverage AI to streamline operations. This fully remote role can be based in the US or Canada, with a focus on North America.
You will drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and empower the People Team while delivering excellent employee experiences across regions.
