Support individuals in need as a Caseworker II with The Salvation Army. This fixed-term contract role emphasizes outreach case management and client support in Halton.

In this full-time position, you'll work Monday through Friday, overseeing clients/residents and ensuring their safety and progress. Your experience in social services will help you execute case management plans, document client interactions, and advocate for their needs. This role requires solid communication skills and a genuine desire to help those facing housing crises and other challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outreach case management for clients at Lighthouse shelter
• Monitor the safety and progress of clients/residents
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans




• Maintain accurate documentation for funding and reporting
• Facilitate and coordinate resident programs as necessary

Requirements:
• Two years of college education in Social Work or similar
• Minimum one year of front-line casework experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of mental health and addictions support systems
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and background check required
