You will report to the Director of Accessibility and Student Wellness, assisting with both administrative and secretarial duties. Your responsibilities will include scheduling new and follow-up visits, handling mail, and supporting medical staff in maintaining operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in promoting a supportive environment for students seeking wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle receptionist duties for incoming inquiries
• Schedule and organize medical appointments
• Maintain medical office supply inventory
• Manage lab forms and process medical results
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; administrative support diploma is an asset
• At least one year of related experience
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to obtaining Mental Health First Aid certification
