Your role ensures a healthy school setting and involves significant interaction with children and community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide immunization services for school-aged children
• Conduct health education outreach and presentations
• Employ critical thinking in patient assessments
• Collaborate on health improvement action plans
• Manage documentation in electronic medical records
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited practical nurse program
• Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Experience with school-aged populations
• Ability to work independently and in teams
