As an Operations Associate at Raymond James Ltd., you will work directly with the Senior Management Team for RJLU in Canada. Your main responsibilities will include training financial advisors and sales associates, addressing support needs, and improving operational processes. You'll collaborate closely with departments such as Compliance and IT to ensure seamless operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support RJLU Private Client Group business operations
• Train and assist financial advisors with necessary tools




• Proactively enhance support processes based on best practices
• Ensure prompt follow-up for task resolution
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years in financial services; brokerage experience is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and eagerness to learn recent tools
• Experience handling confidential information sensitively
• Proficient communication skills; French is an asset
