Join Urban Barn in Burnaby, BC as our Technical Support Specialist focused on IT operations across our retail network. This role will ensure technology runs smoothly for our 50+ stores.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot IT issues and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for both hardware and software arrays. You will also support the management of Point-of-Sale systems and facilitate technology set-ups for recent and existing stores. We are looking for an organized and solution-driven individual willing to travel across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support POS system maintenance and setups
• Manage IT incidents through the ticketing system




• Collaborate with vendors for technical projects
• Document IT assets and troubleshooting procedures

Requirements:
• Previous IT support or technical experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Oracle Retail Xstore
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 tools
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
