Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor medical and building-related systems
• Respond efficiently to work orders as needed

Requirements:
• Two years' experience in a maintenance role
• Skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Required valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Familiarity with safe work practices and legislation
