Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and coach staff-prepared client files
• Manage accounting staff workflow and deadlines
• Conduct crucial year-end and tax planning meetings
• Mentor and support the development of staff accountants
• Participate in strategic partner meetings weekly

Requirements:
• Active CPA designation in positive standing
• 3-5 years of public practice experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations
