This full-time position as a Resource Advisor involves facilitating access to employment resources and community supports for individuals seeking meaningful work. You will be responsible for managing client intake, providing technology assistance, and participating in community events. Working under the Manager of Employment Programs & Services, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to deliver impactful client services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients on available resources and services
• Handle new client intake and referrals




• Make reminder calls and follow-up with job seekers
• Provide support with office technology and internet services
• Keep resource information current for client use

Requirements:
• Robust computer skills and online resource knowledge
• Background in employment services or social work
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Familiarity with Employment Ontario programs is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
