Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients warmly with enthusiasm and positivity
• Address inquiries promptly, ensuring total client satisfaction
• Manage customer complaints for swift resolutions




• Explain policies and assist with new client registrations
• Maintain accurate attendance records and class schedules

Requirements:
• 1+ years in a sales environment
• 1+ years in customer service or admin
• Current Standard First Aid Award preferred
• Acceptable police check for vulnerable sector
• Proficiency with MS Office and iClassPro
