Key Responsibilities:
• Support adults in achieving life skills and community goals
• Conduct outreach in both group and individual settings
• Create connections among participants and community resources
• Encourage independence and social skills development
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Criminal Record Clearance, Ministry of Justice
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Relevant references and training certificates
