This role blends precision, organization, and communication skills to maintain accuracy in financial documentation, support store logistics, and contribute to overall operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with store leadership, warehouse teams, and head office departments to optimize processes that keep the business running smoothly, helping deliver an exceptional customer and team experience. The typical hiring range for this position is $18.50 to $20. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skill set, internal equity, and organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support Respond promptly to telephone, in-person,



and electronic inquiries or direct appropriately Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and internal documentation Support planning and execution of storewide and departmental meetings, projects, and events Liaise with vendors and other Healthy Planet stores to track orders and deliveries Monitor store order-related communications and respond professionally Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards Assist with operational and Loss Prevention activities as required Invoicing & Inventory Coordination Manage store invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness Investigate and resolve open purchase orders pending for 7+ days Track missing invoices older than 21 days and elevate as needed Coordinate store credits and communicate with Head Office Credit Department Maintain precise DIST001 warehouse
