As a Planner/Scheduler, you’ll be integral in developing and executing production schedules for various industrial projects. Working closely with Site Managers, you'll manage project timelines and resources effectively. Your role also includes mentoring junior staff and identifying areas for scheduling improvements to enhance overall safety and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor project schedules with stakeholders
• Manage resource allocation and administrative tasks
• Mentor junior planners, ensuring timely reporting
• Recommend improvements in scheduling and safety practices
• Supervise project initiation and schedule feasibility reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in scheduling for industrial projects
• Skilled in MS Projects and/or Primavera software
• Solid organizational and communication capabilities
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply knowledge
• Relevant degree or equivalent training/experience
