As part of ComPsych's renowned Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you will provide ethical, solution-focused counseling to employees and their families. Responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, offering strategies for stress management, and documenting all sessions in line with skilled standards. Your work will directly help employees with issues like anxiety and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person counseling sessions to employees and household members
• Conduct clinical evaluations and intake assessments




• Assist clients in navigating behavioral health challenges
• Provide timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with ComPsych's clinical processes as needed

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in behavioral health or similar
• At least 3 years of post-master's clinical experience
• Valid professional accreditation
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• Recent resume or CV submission required
