SAP Project Manager:
On behalf of our legal services client, Procom is searching for a SAP Project Manager for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Downtown Toronto office.

SAP Project Manager – Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead the delivery of the Canada SAP migration program, focusing on coordinating across implementation vendor, internal stakeholders, and multiple third-party integration partners. This role involves hands‑on management of the SAP migration, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining project momentum.

SAP Project Manager – Responsibilities:

Own the integrated project plan across all SAP workstreams (data, finance modules, integrations, testing)

Drive execution against key milestones, including integration design and build, and integration testing readiness and coordination

Act as the primary coordination point between vendor, integration partners, and internal stakeholders

Identify risks early and actively intervene to remove blockers

Coordinate across key functional and technical areas, ensuring dependencies are managed

Provide clear, concise updates to program leadership and business stakeholders





SAP Project Manager – Mandatory Skills:

8–12+ years of project management experience, including SAP implementations or migrations

Experience working with system integrators and third‑party vendors

Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem and dependencies

Proven ability to manage multi‑stream, interdependent programs

Highly proactive and hands‑on approach

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Ability to operate in ambiguity and make sound escalation judgments

SAP Project Manager – Nice‑to‑Have Skills:

Experience with enterprise testing coordination

Familiarity with data migration and integration complexity

Experience in stakeholder management

Detail‑oriented with solid follow‑through

Collaborative across vendors and internal stakeholders

SAP Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position.

ASAP.

SAP Project Manager – Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 4 days in the office.
