As the Recreation Manager, you will support a team in enhancing the wellbeing of seniors while achieving satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve resident and family satisfaction targets
• Manage and motivate recreation staff and volunteers
• Develop and implement resident programs
• Monitor and maintain the departmental budget

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy or similar
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a healthcare setting
• At least two years' experience in program planning for seniors
