Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate staffing and schedules for Snow School programs
• Maintain precise attendance and instructor qualification records




• Facilitate collaboration within scheduling and Guest Relations teams
• Identify and communicate scheduling gaps to leadership
• Support program administration through documentation

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of scheduling or program administration experience
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Robust communication abilities for team collaboration
• Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding programs is an asset
