In this pivotal role at UHN, you will oversee the Toronto Addis Ababa Academic Collaboration, managing a diverse portfolio aimed at enhancing educational opportunities across international borders. Your leadership will drive strategic planning and ensure sustainable growth of TAAAC programs. You'll work with senior stakeholders and engage actively in the Ethiopian academic landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate institutional partnerships and maintain excellence in collaboration
• Fulfill grant reporting and governance requirements
• Identify initiatives for operational efficiencies
• Oversee program-level MOUs and compliance
• Coordinate pre-departure briefings for faculty and students
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in relevant field, Doctorate preferred
• 10+ years in international education program management
• Experience leading programs in sub-Saharan Africa
• Proven skills in strategic planning and negotiation
• Established network with diplomatic and health institutions
